None of those that you mentioned have been completed but okay, and also the port harcourt to maiduguri line is starting next year, they decide what to do based off of the passenger volume and cargo volume and the Lagos-kano route will carry the mot passengers and cargo by far.

Of course it does but in the U.K the first modern rail line they built was london-Birmingham because those are the two largest cities and would create the most money, it is a step by step process.

Note the above mentioned are almost completed
4) just started RumuOla flyover expansion
5) and just signed contract agreement with Julius Berger, G.R.A junction covering 505m length, plus dualization of Mummy-B road linking G.R.A junction and also extension of dualization of G.R.A Tombia road to Ikwerre road....
