Please who here has got a date at the Abuja Italian for legalization and done so, was it free?. A friend of mine said he did his and it was free at Abuja and another friend said he did his in Lagos and paid 57,200 naira just today. I want to know if anyone has also experienced this.

This matter just tire me. embarassed

I think you should send them a mail or call the embassy no to confirm.

I’ve read this thread from the beginning, sometime last year, someone mentioned that academic documents are free while the price for legalization of non academic documents is dependent on how many documents you have. The person also mentioned that he paid 11,600 for NPC attestation. (I don’t know which of the embassy he used).

I also got this response from Lagos embassy when I sent them a mail as of July.

Dear Sir/Madam,

Due to present situation relating to the Pandemic (COVID-19), all appointments are suspended.

This office is presently unable to give a response as the time table for the 2020/21 academic session is yet to be released by MUIR (the authorized office).

The documents are usually:

Birth certificate/ attestation from NPC (depending on which is appropriate)

Academic certificates

Academic transcripts

There are cost implications.

These vary from document to document and the use for which it is being requested.

They vary from N4000 to N 25,000 per document.

The actual price can only be given on presentation of your documents.

I got admission at University of Bologna for MSC but I'm currently having challenges relating to Er.go. grant. Any useful info will be appreciated.

Pre-enrollment is now online, but mail the school or your program coordinator if the instructions are not in your acceptance letter.

Please, someone should put me through.

I have just got admission into University of Bologna, I have tried going through the pre-enrollment thing but it's all written in Italian.

Secondly, how do I go about ISEE thing?

Your help will really go along way.

Thanks

Its same for everyone. The page is automatically in Italian. Look at the upper right hand corner of your computer, you’ll see two flags- Italy and UK (Uk flag is in black and white), click on the UK flag.

If you’re using google chrome, it will automatically translate into English.

But I advise you to click the flag. Google chrome doesn’t translate it exactly as it is.
For eg where you're to click on pre-enroll now (University >International Students > Pre-enroll now), what you’ll see is apply now which is also confusing.

The website is a bit confusing as well, so let me put you through.

If you haven’t registered yet, register.

After registration on universitaly, on the mid right corner, you’ll see International students, under it is pre-enroll now.

Click the pre-enroll button, it may ask you to login again and then when you do, it will show you your personal data and maybe pre-enrollment application if you’ve already started filling the application.

If you don’t see pre-enrollment application under personal data, then just click on personal data. It will show you your data page and on the end of the page, you’ll see pre-enroll now.

If you’ve started an application already, then click go to application. If you’ve not, click new pre-enrollment.

It brings you to Step A, fill all details and go to Step B. On the Step B page, you’ll see option for Embassy of choice after the Passport option, also fill your school details, course etc. Fill all details on all the sections and proceed to Step C. Leave id account of chosen university blank.

Note: after you upload your passport data page and passport photo and you go to step C, and maybe come back to step B to cross check, it may seem as if your uploaded passports aren’t there, simply click on the download button “the arrow” and if it downloads your uploaded document, then know it was uploaded.

In Step C, upload the document you want to and make sure to click the green upload button each time depending on how many documents you wnat to upload. The click Summary.

It takes you to the Summary page and you’ll view the application. Tick the terms and conditions button and then submit.

You’ll get an automatic reply mail immediately you submit.

I hope you understand the whole process.

Thanks
