Nothing new here... He is human after all. What has happened has happened. You can't turn the hands of time.

This defeat was a long time coming... After the embarrassment at Anfield last season, a wise board would have taken steps to sort out that dying team of has beens!!! Alas, Bartomeu and co chose to be unfortunate.

People who have been fortunate for a while begin to confuse serendipity with skill!!! Barcelona thought they could ride on the "Messi illusion" forever!!!

If they had even done like Olé or Lampard and promoted serious youths to replace most of those who have been underperforming, they would have fared better last night... This serves as a lesson to all top clubs. Have the foresight to let old players go on time, and blood in young skilled players...

This is something to learn from the following clubs:

1. Bayern Munich
2. Borussia Dortmund
3. Liverpool
4. Atalanta
5. Ajax
6. RB. Leipzig

Invest in the young and futuristic!!!

Each time he got on the ball the Bayern players would be all over him like a pack of wolves, constantly fouling and bulling him off the ball, even the few times he managed to fend them off, his team mates gave him very little options for the final pass. I'm not his biggest fan really, but last night I felt his pains as he stood helpless watching his team capitulate at the back like that.

If I were in his shoes, I would demand for a 100% increase in my salary + a brand new first 11 or I walk over to the Serie A. That Saurez's goal was a beauty BTW, best goal of the night for me.

Under normal circumstances, Messi, Suarez, Alba, Busquets, and Umtiti should have been starting most games this season from the bench...

There ought to have been at least a 2 year transition plan to ease them off that team... Smh!!!

True!!! At least 5 of Bayern goals were quite preventable if the defense had done its job properly!!! 2 of the first half goals were pathetic! The defenders were just strolling around and watching!!!

Half of that first team has got to be axed completely!!!

Once messi leaves, there is no amount of new players that will make barca great again in a short time.

If they want to be great, they need good players plus messi.

That said, I hope man city wins today oooo.
Cos if lyon makes it to the final, then what we saw yesterday will be childs play.
I say this cos man city players are professionals in messing up when u least expect
