I don't think so, I think it's to give us the feeling that they are not entirely erased from existing, now that they exist in the real world and maybe Jonas and Martha will finally get a chance to be together. Also you should notice their parents are different so I don't think any loop will continue.

Its IMDB. RT tends to give high rating to some mediocre show, and I've never comprehend why. I guess its coz they are paid to do it. Moreover, RT is more of professional critics ratings, so they can easily be bought. I still never understood why it rated Flash so high, 89%, wtf.

It is a funnier and more sarcastic version of Billions.
