Exactly what I say. INEC is becoming irrelevant as an institution. The INEC handed over by Jega though not perfect is now a shadiw of itself in the otesent dispensation.

Its their fault. They were asked, begged, cajoled, forced to reform, to change gears to freshen things up but chose the path of partisanship, of the status quo ante. Now the engine is almost dead.

If I was in the national assembly I will oppose any future budgets for them as just a collosal waste of public funds. Nigerians are far from getting value for their resources appropriated.

The tribunal did not order a rerun. What they said was a fresh election. APC was disqualified in the last election, this is a new one.

Fresh election for only the candidates already screened to contest that particular election. You can't substitute, you can't conduct primary again as the time for that has passed.
However, since the court has earlier pronounced that APC is disqualified. For this particular election, that decision stands.
