Emyogalanya:that is the job of inec not you . What court said is the election process to re-start again. Adamu mauzu as a case study. His election was nullified after his deputy was guilty of forgery. Court ordered for fresh Election , muazu participated with new deputy and ruled for 8 years as a governor. |

I have dropped my last vote for SS during Jonathan and I will never make such mistakes ever again. O ya make una celebrate wella but thunder+ amadioha+ ogun will kill anyone from SS that blame SW again. Foolish people. |

ORIENTATION101:If you think so, let's wait and see. My position remains the same. The simple way to explain it is that the process will continue from the point where INEC unlawfully excluded the candidate from participating in the election which was at the point of printing of the ballot papers. |

The voice of the people is the voice of God. David Lyon is the people’s choice while Duoye Diri is an usurper who was clearly rejected by the people. No matter how long it takes, the injustice that was ditched to Lyon will be reversed. |

iluvdonjazzy:The same with PDP. INEC cannot feature PDP in the fresh election and deny APC the opportunity to present their candidate. It is now cases of wrong/unqualified candidates |

thunder74:oga stop stressing yourself .simple English should not be too hard for you to comprehend. There is even a case study of Adamu mauzu that his election was sack by supreme court after his deputy was found guilty of forgery. Supreme court order fresh Election and muazu participate with another deputy he won and ruled bauchi for 8 yrs. Fresh Election doesnt start half way. |

lograr:So you think they'll also conduct new primaries and allow parties to send new names and start all that process all over again? There are deadlines for that which had since elapsed. The only exercise left is just a new election which if APC participates with that Deputy governorship candidate who made them lose their hard-earned victory, it will be an exercise in futility as the Supreme court had already written off the man as an eligible candidate in any election. |

ORIENTATION101:you forgot that they are now outside the electoral timetable . They will have to pick normination form, go through a primary and all that. And by the way they had no problems is not with pdp inec not allowing them to partake its not same with the apc's case. In this case this party had a candidate that emerged from the regular process but inec had other reasons to keep them out but in the earlier case apc had no candidate at all means that thier party broke the rules. If this election holds all parties will come with an earlier candidate.if what you are saying is possible then it means that all other parties plus pdp can also withdraw thier initial candidates and present a fresh one(s). you know what that means choas. It will lead to abuse of our electoral process and laws. Also just like saying a new registered party can also participate |
