If this judgement stands, the last election has been voided so any party can make changes in bring in new candidates.

Don't be ignorant. Lyon was never a candidate for the election according to the law. All valid candidates , including the
one who is deemed by this judgement to have been omitted, will rerun eventually. That is if the Apex court affirms this judgement.

You called someone 'Olodo' while clearly you're the 'Olodo'. The APC can not [articipate in the fresh election as the window period to submit a new candidate to INEC has elapsed. The APC can not present fresh candidates for that election as it stands disqualified by the Supreme court and INEC timeframe for submission of nominated candidates has elapsed during the first contest.
