Search nairaland threads of 2005 to 2010, you'll be amazed on how mature everyone responds on a thread , if you compare it with nairaland of today you'll wonder what happened

In those days people dish out advice to people in threads like it's their family members in real life, today when someone created a thread,it's either he/She is not making sense or even if they make sense, before you read 5 comments, one person will say some childish rubbish like "how does this put money into my pocket" , "does it change the price of Garri in the market"

Sincerely, those days were great in this forum, I was wondering what happened till it came across my mind that During the Era, people access Internet mostly with laptops and kids don't usually own laptop

Now, Internet can be accessed with mobile devices which almost all the kids owns

Why wont it lose value when sensible posts do not reach FP. None of my posts has ever been acknowledged before. Instead, it's BBN, NED NWOKO, REGINA DANIEL'S ETC. Also, any sensible post, someone would bring in tribalism, names calling and the like.

Moderators...... foolishness and immature content cannot be posted without the approval of the moderators. The most irresponsible and childish ones are the ones in charge of front page. They must be connected to the owner.... this probably is their inheritance. Compare this to the idiot proof Travel Section. I wouldn't pin it on youths because there are sooo many very childish adults in the forum. Again.... moderators are the ones to be blamed.

My question is, why do you have to post your number on a public space like this? knowing full well you know how this site operates, since u registered for long. Are you looking for attention or juvenile toasters which you might get?

I am also sick and tired of nairaland. Tribalism has taken over nairaoand.
