GLORY. Yoruba do call it ORI or ELEDA. I really don't know how to explain it better. Its a general perception with the Yoruba's that one's glory determines how far or wealthy one can go in life. That if one;s head is tampered with spiritually such person will never achieve success. Don't know if you get my point tho

I have few concerns sir.

How can I subsconsciosly control my soul when about to sleep

Is it possible to astral project to another place while still very conscious of what am doing like chatting ? If yes please how ?

Sir every night when about to sleep I always feel this presence beside me with so much heat on my body. I think the heat is killing the vibration in me preventing me from exploring the spiritual. What could be done because I've been trying to astral project for sometimes is not just working. Could there be alternative ?

Astral projection is a lower world phenomenon which limits you to only the Astral and physical plane. We don't do astral projection in Eckankar. What we do is Soul Travel.
Soul Travel uses the aspect or quality of Soul known as omnipresence.
Soul is a spark of God created in the image and likeness of God with all the qualities of God like omniscient, omnipotence and omnipresence

To be able to Soul Travel you need to first of all uncover your potential as soul and rise above the lower psychic planes.

You can not subconsciously control your Soul as soul is not something you possess. You are Soul. that is your true identity. Soul in order to experience life in the lower universes puts on bodies which include the astral body and physical body.

What you should be asking is, how can you as Soul be conscious of leaving the physical body in the process of Sleep.

You can not astral project while still conscious of what you are doing.. Astral projection involves the Astral body separating from the physical body. It is not natural and is dangerous as the person can bevtrapped outside the body.

But the phenomenon is very possible with Soul Travel which means expansion of Consciousness. Someone can be chatting and at the same time expands his Consciousness to the causal plane to see what is happening there.
This can also be achieved with consistent practice of the spiritual exercises of ECK.

If you are ready to grow spiritually forget about astral projection and focus on realizing yourself as Soul.
When someone becomes serious with growing spiritually one of the Spiritual Masters can come to his aid and they usually help out by closing all the psychic channels in that person which is usually where negative influence can enter the person.
They then help you to gradually open the spiritual eye through which the journey of soul into the heavenly planes can easily begin.

2. How can a soul be in different location at the same time?

3. How best is good with the spiritual eyes? With the full electric light on or in total darkness in the room?

4. Can two souls influence each other during soul travel? Like in case of a witch now influencing the flesh/physical body. Why I ask is that I always feel this touch at my back almost everytime and a great pain follows afterwards. Could it be that a soul or a witch though invincible is causing this ? If I succeeded with the opening of my spiritual eye or i soul.travel would I be able to see whats going on?
