The only solution to these autocratic kleptomaniacs travelling for check up every time they have running nose or headache is for those developed countries to ban medical tourism of all kinds.

Let African leaders develop their countries but you know money is involved, the receiving countries won't ban them.

Maybe protest to UK, and American embassy will solve the problem once and for all....

By the special grace of God, he won’t come back the same way he went. If UK government hasn’t developed their own healthcare and infrastructure, would they be going there for medical tourism? Stupid Buhari hasn’t spent more than 5 years which is good enough to build a standard hospital with modern facilities. The amount of money we pay to UK alone for medical tourism is mind boggling and yet, no one will consider having a state of the heart hospital in either Abuja or Lagos. God’s willing, all that are against the progress of Nigeria will suffer the consequences of their neglect in advancing the course of our dear nation
