The TEMPERATURE in California is usually High, coupled with the fact that it has a very low annual rainfall. The Grasses are like that of SAHEL and not like the regular Mangrove Rainforests we have in Nigeria.....
So all these culminate in facilitating the burning process.
CALIFORNIA appears like though its closer to the Sun, which probably causes the sun to set around 8pm unlike the regular 5pm in Sub Saharan Africa.
Therefore, around 8pm people can still drive without an operating car headlamps.

IF u visit CALIFORNIA, u will realise it hardly rains.
U can verify these facts.
