slight adjustment

2) Iheanacho - Proven SE player. Above average in EPL
7) Musa - Proven SE player performed at highest international level
10) Umar - showed promise in Seria A and Dutch Eredivise. Doing well in Serbia. Did well at Rio. untested and unproven in international soccer
11) Nwaemeke - tested in SE yet to prove quality
13) Iwobi - Struggling in EPL but proven in SE
14) Kayode - Laliga flop. tested in SE yet to prove quality

Based on SE performances yes Ighalo was outstanding but based strictly on club football at the highest level (not championship) sorry he leaves a lot to be desired. between Seria A, La Liga and EPL Odion has only scored more than 10 goals once. please that is not something to advertise as outstanding
Boss...aw can u say nacho is above average in epl grin grin grin

Honestly, in a country that most of its players are at lower clubs, its a no Brainer that its 2 players at the Biggest clubs are still needed assuming they show interest. A player like Victor Moses (5 assists) so far will walk into Nigeria 11. He has proven himself Domestically against the best in Africa and we would had defeated Algeria in ANC with Moses on the field. We should remember that some players perform better for their country side than their club side and moses is one of them. As for Ighalo, personally I won't bench osimehn for him but he will make our Bench. A good bench is equally as vicious as the first 11. However, I won't suggest that SE in any form of way beg those 2 to return. Se is bigger than any individual and if they choose to return back to us, theyre welcomed
Exactly my thought!

I can c dt majority don't want to c d so called old legs again in our team.however my position on dt is dis
1) I av not seen a team been rewarded with trophy or laurels for parading d youngest team in a tournament. D idea of capping d age of those who represent us in a tournament irrespective of d talent doesn't seem ideal to me.
D advantage is dere no doubt (we would av a team dt can last us up to a decade) but @ d moment we re yet to c result.we av been parading d youngest team since 2018 with nothing to show for it.I c no reason y nwakaeme can't be giving anoda chance again in team despite pulling nice stats for his club,he was shut out obviously because of his age. I saw d stat of rohrs untouchable player Samuel kalu.his stat is so poor dis season.more like a Gk stat, yet he keeps getting d invite and making d starting line up all because he's young cool

2) for d oldies in d aws ,let's go back to d memory lane and look @ d teams dt lifts d previous world cup.the least average age is beyond 26years.this shows dt experience counts if well blended with d young talent.I will support forgiveness on dis. Beside dt,musa has shown us dis in d past world cup, when chips were down ,he lifted d team with his goal..Iceland and also against argues(2014;though we lost smiley)

3 if d players (v.Moses and ighalo re WILLING to come back) if I am rohr..I won't hesitate to bring dem in.dis bring healthy competition in d team
U can't imaging a Vic mo and ighalo on d bench wyle our strikers(osimhen/nacho and chukwueze) re on d pitch playing.they would naturally give deir all on d pitch cos dey knw dt once dey mess up..d next match ,dey won't smell d starting line up in d next match..dis is d kind of competition dt has been missing in eagles for a very long time..d last time I can remember such competition existed in super eagles was in 2005/2006,dt team was star studded but were very unlucky coupled with indiscipline and bad management. That team could av done wonders if dey had qualified for d 2006 world cup edition. So.in a nutshell.. I believe if a player is still playing actively at d top level and he's still willing to play for us..d door is wide open irrespective of ur AGE.MY OPINION cool
Brilliant Oga Elyte!!!

What an apt appraisal of yourself you've so accurate described.

When someone puts EOD at the end of every gibberish he posts and demands your agreement without questions, that qualifies as top grade foolishness.

Subzero highlighted your chameloniac change in stance yesterday, instead of you to maintain your position so, the thunder that's meant for you, locates you without confusion.

Moses was the reason we won??

If victor Moses was that important why was Mikel nominated for African player of the year for that year and Moses was overlooked (despite the fact that they both won the Afcon and Europa league that year)
Victor Moses was nominated for African footballer of the year too. He was also nominated for BBC footballer of the year and Golden lion African player of the year.

Don't forget Vicmo won 2013 Nigerian player of the year.

Enyimba goalkeeper Theofilus Afelokhai is currently earning N800,000 monthly, his contract with the Aba Elephant will expire in the next few days.

Rivers Utd have offered him N1.2 million monthly but Enyimba are willing to renew his contract.

There's a likelihood that Awaziem is older than Balogun? I know it's your opinion, some of us have seen that kid grow, so, only you know what you're talking about.

Omuero may be same age as he, I can't really argue that.

When does End of discussion tantamount to demanding ones agreement without questions?

Why are you exposing your foolishness to the public?

You can't give a sane verdict on something "chameloniac" due to your open display of prejudice and lack of cognitive reasoning.

This is a public forum where one come to learn and give opinion or fact on ground and not a place where one maintain stance. Even if a stance is maintained it should be based on facts or accepted as ones opinion.

Did you learn this today?

I'm only okay with it (if it turns out true) b'cos it is a step up from Sweden. Aside that, naah. If any of our talented young lads goes there, I hope and expect they leave quickly after or within two seasons. Highest three if they are 19/20 yr olds.
Paul Omo Mukairu is trying to force his way out but I understand the club is proving a stumbling block so far.
I don't understand what is wrong with these clubs sometimes. They should allow the boy move asap. Football lifespan is short.

It was just a defensive mistake against Seychelles but other than that he kept his cool and finished the match well, before then he was a part of the 'Oyinbo wall' that was impenetrable for Nigeria for many matches

Injuries may have been a problem but when fit Balogun is very reliable

After being turned down by Valmiera much to Arokodare's dismay, Anderlecht turns away from the Latvian league to secure the services of Manchester City's young striker of Nigerian descent Lukas Nmecha, on loan.

Thunder please locate whoever scuppered that Arokodare's deal angry

Eeerrrrm Nmecha is no longer eligible for Nigeria as he has already had his one time change of allegiance from England to Germany approved by FIFA

Was Moses himself proven before Keshi have him his national team debut?

Why didn't Keshi wait for him to ripen before dropping Osaze,Martins,Utaka, the Uche brothers, etc for him??
Of course, Moses was already proven.

What happened after he dropped the aforementioned players? Our national team went down hill.
