actually, bk in 2014, it was ann0unced n0t green lighted. Just as they [the media] said jef m0rgan would play t0m wayne. There's a difference btw green light and ann0unce. Cyborg film, aquaman 2, shazam 2 have been ann0unced as at present but n0t green lightd. When u green light, it's like giving it a go for pre producti0n. Flash as at then was just ann0unced, and when it came to its green light, it startd having director troubles.

i'd rather green lantern gets a film b4 being expanded on hbo max than them rushing new gods. NG should serve as a c0nnector/hist0ry point for the dceu, where we get to kn0w m0re abt the old gods, and as a sub plot the guardians of the universe, ancient races like the m0nitors etc. Gl deserves a cinematic release.

I didn't even get the point of that movie, felt like I was watching a Nickelodeon show, so disappointing, I hope that's not what she is going to do to new gods

I believe we need to give chance or opportunity to other directors and of different Gender to give the DCEU some flavor.
Having mainly Zack Snyder in major things DCEU is a recipe for Stale Entertainment. That's why James Wan and Patty were highly praised and easily liked. They were different from the Norm and brought Dynamism to the franchise.

Even some Marvel fans are slowly starting to complain about MCU becoming bland since they all feel the same and engineered by one man— Feige.

I have her two films on watchlist — Wrinkle and Selma. She's highly praised for her last—Selma, it was the film which made her got hired by WB. And she's been dipping herself seriously in DC lore. Funny thing is she's also a New Gods fan especially Big Barda— her Number 1 Superhero character.

WB is allowing Reeves to do his thing, same way they're allowing Patty and wan to do theirs.

Reeves will have his own solo Batman trilogies just like party and wan, but will you say because wb is allowing patty to do her thing, Wonder woman will not appear in another dceu jl team up?

Ben is just here for flash cameo and possible mini series/movies on hbomax..that's all.

So who do you think will be the batman in theaters?

Kevin Feige is now copying DCEU multiverse ideas with the flash/ batmen and will cast a lot of marvel actors pre-mcu with Dr. Strange

Remember how I said it here that Feige went to brazil last year thinking he can outshine ww84 premiere in Brazil but got humiliated? It was a silly idea imo because, there was nothing new he was going there to say. He didn't think it out properly.

However, it is now evident that Geoff Johns was leaking dceu movie plots/scripts to his buddy feige, because since GJ got booted out of the movie section, Feige has been a little bit confused, since there is no food to steal.



However, I will love a live action spiderverse by sony....Let's see how everything pans out

It's funny how this thread is always active, always informed and fun to visit; while The so-called MCU thread is as lively as hulk616's medulla. DC is where real fans reside, most people >>>>ph-ucing.<<<< with the MCU are just doing it because it's popular to do so.

Imagine those wop cvvksvvkers stole our idea and Debut Thanos first. I no too vex. The time it was clear and evident they steal from us was when New Gods was announced, that's when they remembered there's Eternals catching dust. Painful thing the muthafukas will set an earlier Production and release date. Then some wimps which dunno nada will start ranting and claiming they did it first, we copied.

Isn't Dr Strange coming out 2021??
Now they'll come to claim they were the first with Multiverse Idea.

This people are Jokers. At least this one's clear who's copied who.

Shazam 2 is already greenlit. It's already up for pre Production and will start next year spring. It would have started late this year, shooting concurrently with Black Adam but Covid-19 had other plans.
Black Adam has also shifted production for early next year.
