Its a very large land. Way beyond 2 plots.

Keep following up with us.
As at today. The decking has rested for up to 24 Days. 4 more days completes it to the stabdard 100% curing level.

On that note. We are already preparing for the resumption of the work by September latest and we are doing to roofing of both the security house and the main building simultaneously.

So stay tuned with us for updates.

Great job you're doing on this thread. Please i need a quotation to complete a 3bedroom duplex from carcass level. Plastering, POP, wiring, etc have not been done, only block work and roofing. I will appreciate any input on how much to budget for a beautiful and durable finishings.

Pls avail me with pictures to advise based on that. Because the design would also enable me know what fits it adequately. Moreso, like I always say. Choice of finishing is largely dependent on client budget and taste. Because finishing and furnishing is what makes alot of difference.
