I am currently engaged in 4 investments with them.
Do they pay? Yes. not on time but within the week.

My experience? They are very very disorganised. You are to track your investments by yourself and follow up with them weekly for your payment else they may forget you. You think their website is wack?? wait till you call them to ask for your investment details. They will tell you they do not know and that investors are to track and know it themselves. This is if you are able to reach them o.

Summary: They are legit but very disorganised. if you know you cannot track your investments and follow them up weekly for your payment via calls messages DMs then don't do o. If you can follow them up then sure you will surely get paid weekly.

what madness!

Rise Vest

MBA Fex

Bamboo

Better life Nigeria

Do your own research about them. Some of them pay very high roi but they are real. People always think hogh roi means fake but not all the time.

Rise vest and bamboo are for stock

I am not an agent of any of them, do your research.

The bike u invested in, did u see it? How are u sure it was that particular bike dats fr u. Also, the location stuff u talked about, did u see it?

I'm more concerned that they use the money for exactly what dey said it will be used for, not in only in their paying...

Also, the issue of over-payment sounds worrying to me, I mean, how is that possible??
I didn't see the bike neither did I see the location as the plan I signed up for doesn't get the bike after the contract. There are bike plans in which the bike is yours after the contract runs out in which you either take your bike or give to them to auction. For people who want to see the bike, the details of the bike and documentation are contained in your MOU. With this, you can request to see the bike physically if you so wish.

For the over payment, with what was gathered, scheduled payments are set but sometimes network disrupt the plan and when payment continues, some people who have been paid gets paid again. The company stated they're working on perfecting the process so that issue is sorted out. Also, auditors are available to track those with over payments as those ones won't get paid the following week except they refund.

Speaking objectively, some of your assertions are very correct. In as much as you have to call every week to get your ROI, I have never had to call them once to get paid even though there have been days I have been paid on a Tuesday rather than on a Monday which was promised. A vivid example is where people register investments with a different name different from bank details. It's not an excuse though as proper organization eliminates that possibility.
I'm sure it's a learning curve for them and having to deal with a large number of people in a short while which I think they weren't prepared for.
I understand when you are promised that you'll get your ROI on Monday and by Wednesday you haven't gotten it. It's natural for panic to set in and start to ask questions or call whoever to sort issues quickly but even without the calls you'll definitely get your ROI

I invested on the 780k bike plan that gives 30k weekly for a year and 250k location plan that gives 15k weekly for 8 months.

Am not sure about the pros and cons of difderent investment plans as you can choose whichever one you're comfortable with. As for the company as a whole, the major advantage is that they're transparent with their dealings and they live to their contract.
Cons: currently, communication is poor but they're currently working on bringing in CRM Managers to close that gap. They've been having issues with over payments and unpaid ROIs as at when due. Monday is supposed to be payday but sometimes, payment delays for some investors till Friday. This could be due to network glitches or other factors outside my reach (the latest I have personally received my ROI is on Tuesday afternoon in the past 14 weeks).

Your last question has been covered generally above. You make payment to their corporate account in which an invoice will be generated to you in 48 hours. All plans have maturity day of 30 days before your ROIs start to flow in weekly usually without much hassles.

They also have 2 offices here in Lagos.... NAF shopping complex in Ikeja Airport and Bisola Durosimi Etti Drive, Lekki Phase 1 for physical verifications of claims.

Cheers Chief!
As for the bold, I meant pros and cons of the investment you have with them.
But every other information provided was very helpful.

From your knowledge of both opportunities highlighted above, what's the major contractual difference?

No pros and cons on the investment.... The investment duration and amount varies.

There are 3 location plans of 180k, 250k and 500k. The first 2 gets you 15k weekly for 6 and 8 months respectively. The 500k plan gets you 35k weekly for 7 months.

There's a virtual reality plan that uses the headgear for education and recreation. The plan is for 6 months which costs 450k. This plan pays out 30k weekly for 6 months.

All bike plans are 1 year.... What you'll get overall at the end of the contract year is premised on what you invested initially. If you do the 580k and 680k plan, you get 30k weekly for 6 months & 7500 and 15k weekly for the last 6 months respectively and you get your bike back at the end of the Investment period. If you invest 780k plan, you get 30k weekly for a year without your bike.

The latest package rolled out early this month is that of CRMi (Customer Relationship Management Investment) which lasts for 3 months. You invest 100k and get 210k at the end of the 3rd month...

On Instagram, the CEO does skits about the company every now and then. He still did 1 this morning.

The investment is on pepper farming with ROI depending on the maturity date and the minimum amount to invest is #100,000. The maturities dates are 9months with 35% ROI, 10 months with 40% ROI, 11 months with 45% ROI, and 12 months with 50% ROI.

The oxfordgroupafrica is a registered firm with many subsidiaries, and oxfordgroupafrica is also into real estate. The investor has nothing to fear because their capital and ROI are secured with a deed of agreement and post-dated cheque that will be issued to them immediately they invested their money. Likewise, the company is insured with leader assurance.

The Agbeloba loko 3.0 is the third investment phase by oxfordgroupafrica, the first and the second phase were carried out in the month of June and July respectively, so this 3.0 is rounding up in this month of August.

The oxford head office is located in Egbede and branch office in Ikeja. All the investors can freely work into any of these offices for more inquiry. This is our website oxfordgroupafrica.com

BRT pictures and fancy fliers mean nothing. We need to see pictures of what investors funds are used for.

This is Agbeloba 3.0. Can you please show us pictures from the harvests of Agbeloba 1.0 and 2.0.

Ah I'm glad that you're finally here MrMcJay to contribute to this convo. From all the angles that I've been looking at it, this themap matter has just been popping red flags in my face. There are quite a number of things that just don't check out, and the fact that this thread has been invaded by their affiliate marketers and advertisers isn't helping at all as these people are making some incredible claims. So please continue with your cross-examination.

To all Nairalanders, I say once more: please exercise caution and do very meticulous due diligence before investing in or continuing to invest in themap.

As in ehnn, they seem to have more marketers and advertisers on Nl. A quick search across Nl will point one to numerous posts on them.

Am thinking of runing the CRM for three months only

Seems we on same table. I'm following 3 of such threads the marketers are marketing at.

But just as you thinking, I'm thinking of the CRM as trial with back mind that the money no longer mine once paid out to them.

We will see sha, time will tell, it always does.
