Fellow Xiaomites, is this an Android 10 upgrade? My RN7pro has been on Android 9 from the box.

Use Google's Digital Well Being.

It will freeze all the apps you add to its Focus Mode and allow you to focus on the ones you didn't add. More interestingly, the freezed apps won't even open if you click on them.

Google Digital Well Being is available in your settings, and you can add the shortcut to your homescreen and notification panel.
