Many regulars on Nairaland here are Mentally ill and need professional help.
Unfortunately the way our Society is, it breeds too any Emotionally and Psychologically damaged people, so it's understandable, it is not necessarily your fault.
You know within you that you are not well Mentally, Just do this - Go to any Big General or Teaching hospital in your State, Book an Appointment with a Psychiatrist or Clinical Psychologist and tell him/her the whole truth.
Explain yourself to the Expert. That is the beginning of a better life for you, Trust me your life would improve.

Everyone(including the psychologists and psychiatrists) living in Nigeria ARE MENTALLY ILL..... and no professional help can save them.

So your proffered solution is to let them have such therapy and still go back to the crazy streets in the same insane country right? Don't you think they will get worse again?
