it might be your network. Most people don't know but network drains battery in like hell. To check your network signal strength, go to settings- system-about phone- sim status.
50–70 dbm - great signal. Minimal battery drain
70–90 dbm- OK signal, moderate battery drain.
90–120- crap signal, high battery drain.
If you are having between 90-120, set your SIM network to 3g if it's your browsing SIM, if it's not your browsing SIM, set it to 2g.

Resist the urge to put ur phone on Battery Saver until it gets to 30%.... The Battery saver kills battery too...

You only just got the device....... Device would update, sync, restore..........

Check battery polarity after 7 days of usage...... It would calibrate itself...... They are called smart batteries for a reason........
