The VP of America was recently delisted or asked not to give a speech at an event in his country. The man even thanked the school for inviting him as a guest speaker initially and wished the organization well.
But here in Nigeria, the opposite is what is happening here. The Kaduna state governor to me is an example of a bad leader. What I expected from the man was to diffuse the tension in the polite by giving a simple speech, wishing the NBA well in their convention and also express his regret at his inability to solve the killings in his state.
It would have gone a long way to pacify aggrieved members of the NBA on both sides.
We still have a long way to go in this country, that is if there is any way at all.

Also, don't be surprised in no distant time, the formation of Nigeria Muslim Lawyers Association NMLA will be formed in the South West to serve as umbrella body for all Muslims.

We already have issues of some Law school graduates refusing to dress properly.

The south should form their own and call it the 'Newest Nigeria Bar Association'
