I have lost many cats. Now, I wanna get two cats(kittens), one pure 100% black and another 100% white.

The black one would be more useful to me. I hear in esoteric traditions they can be very potent and protective of their owners psychically.

House cats are safer if you are worried of losing them again. There are some things to consider though. Cats of them same gender get along better.

The pictures are very heart-warming. I have a black cat with white spots and a white cat with grey spots. They are very sweet creatures. Very gentle and well-behaved. Extremely good-natured. Zero aggression but very spoilt too.

There are not so many Nigerian cat lovers but you can help me.

There are so many misconceptions surrounding cats and I hope to do away with some of them.

Plus, they stink if not given a bath.

One time, when I was a little girl, a dog in our village was staring so intensely at me and made me nervous, I wanted to run but was afraid it'll run after me which will make me go crazy with fear. So then, I stood there, both of us staring at each other. I froze-still in fear

Then it came closer, bit my hand gently as a sign of affection....omg!
I just started crying at the top of my voice as I walked away from there as if the poor dog had bit me so hard

Lol... I can relate. When a dog approach, two things are bound to happen. It is either I freeze or I run, I tend to do the former more. I practically freeze

Honestly, you have to love pets very much to tolerate the hair. It's everywhere. Now you know why I bought an expensive robot vacuum.

I understand the conditioning you have been through but cats are very non-confrontational. They are more scared of you than you are of them. And always remember that you are much more likely to be attacked by a dog than a cat. A cat will only attack you in self-defense. Some cats will scratch you when you stroke them. I don't like these types. My cats are very gentle. They have never scratched anyone. If you were to visit me, the black one would hide under the sofa for 30 minutes and the white one would be more interested in your purse than you. They don't go close to anyone but me.
