Not until july 14 2020 when I applied for a role jst like I av been applying every other month, dats when I got a call, did all d necessary test, and was successful in all d stages and I got d Job with an excellent offer to resume August 31st. Hello guys, I’m new on nairaland. Please bear with me. I have a concern/question about Tekexpert too. I completed their assessments and interview since 3rd of May. I was told by the recruiter “Abisola” that my application was successful but she can’t categorically say when I will be given offer letter, and that they’ll definitely get back to me. I thought to myself that prolly the pandemic is one of the reasons things are on hold. But I’ve been reading here and there that others are resuming. I aced all the assessment for the role of Customer Support Specialist. I’ve tried reaching Abisola but the line is always switched off. I also wrote an email stating my interest to one of the recruiters that interviewed me, but I got no response. Any idea what I can do next? Or have I been ghosted? Is there anyone with a similar experience? It’s almost 4months I last heard from them. I really want to work with them.

From what I heard, there are some roles/departments which are yet to be created. What I don’t know is if a “customer support specialist” fall under the category of yet to be created departments.

All I can advice is that should keep shooting them mails.

You are right.... At some point when the interview was really going on well one of the interviewer jumped into a skill I acquired a couple of years back. He knew that could be my weak point bcoz there's no where on my CV where i mentioned that I have used the skill.
God saved me, i was able to answer the question.
Thankfully I was successful at the end.

If you aced the interview you need not worry they will call you.

It is getting to 7 days I submitted my payslip to them but haven't gotten any feedback from them as regards the offer. Is this normal?

Yes Dey will get back to you on the 7th day or 8th day

They will definitely contact you. They usually seek for approvals for the pay you negotiated with them and then if it pulls thru you will be contacted.

I think it is not fixed. It depends on some factors including your years of experience and the level of the position offered to you(like level 1, level 2, level 3 etc.). It will be a nice idea if you apply... You won't regret.

I finally got called for office 365 after applying more the 10 times...
God did it: I was called on the 21st of August for an online assessment wic I passed..
There after I was scheduled for an onsite on Monday 24th August of which I also passed.
Then I had my zoom interview on Tuesday the 25th of August. I was called the next day 26th of August dat I passed my zoom interview and an offer was made for me to resume on Monday 31st of August.

In conclusion, the whole process took me only 4days. I'm grateful � Lord Jesus �.

I also wanna wish those dat are still applying or still in the interview process success.
Please don't ever give up.

500 persons were shortlisted and they are looking to hire 200. share information at your peril.

Everybody should go for the assessment just like every other person, If you merit it, you get it, simple. we do not have to cut corners for everything.

My friend this is not cutting corners it a privilege info 4 those who no how to work smart.

You will be assessed in the following areas:
1. English. The English is divided into two sections (grammar and lexis structure which is about 80 questions. The second part of the English is listening skills. That is why you are to come with earpiece. That part about 15 or 20 questions)
2. Customer service test.
3. Personality/behavioural test. About 60 questions in 15 minutes.
4. Team work test
5. Technical test. This entails questions related to the job role. Read the job description well and all possible questions as regards to that role. About 80 questions in 1 hr.

Sounds like microfocus.
Are you knowledgeable in Active Directory, sql server, and networking?
