I just noticed that Nigerian ladies (girls & women) love food so much. Hence, most of them (65%) are fat, overweight, big etc. I am not here to bash. I love Nigerian women so much but I think this big appetite for food is a problem.

I have this lady who keeps complaining to me about her weight but each time I try to make her understand that it's time to eat less. She will argue and shout me down. She believe weight has nothing to do with food. Will also insist that it's genetics but she can't just stop eating.

I started noticing that it's a trend among women in general, they will say they are "foodies" trying to make it sound cool.

I also started noticing that anytime I am in a bar/restaurant, the women want to eat everything. It's almost as if they are constantly hungry on dates. You are fat, yet you want VIJUMILK, YOGURT, FRUIT JUICE etc.

When I started discussing my observation with guys I discovered that many guys feel the same way. They will be pretty as youth but will quickly become double/tripple in size upon marriage/age.

There's nothing wrong with adding weight here and there, it is natural that we do as age comes but please let's take care of our body by eating less.

Guys, cut out the beer or reduce it.

Ladies, I'm sorry but it's not cool/attractive being overweight. That is why our society have so many married men chasing after young girls who are still in shape. Please let reduce the urge to eat always. It's damaging to the body. Cut it out.

Most men are not sexually attracted to fat/big but they just manage what they have. Please let's control our food intake.

I know that some people will naturally be big and some may be on health grounds, we excuse those but for the vast majority of Nigerian women, the fat is due to FOOD.

I think rather than eat a full restaurants on date while harming your body, you can take soft drinks or water and playfully tell the guy to transfer the cash to you instead. Most guy would.

Just like poster above said,it is greed. Fat is a physical show of lack of self control.

Greed for food.
