Exactly! The laws don't work here and flogging anyone would still not make it work because the people employed to catch and flog offenders, would still end up taking bribe just like the police and road safety.

This is one the reasons our African brethren fear us.
They see Nigerians as disseminators of chaos and lawlessness anywhere we go. Our "smartness" that we stupidly beat our chests about is simply the willingness to break rules as we see fit while we clog servers on social media lamenting about how lawless Nigeria is.

Nigeria with its current political structure will not work. At most, various regions will continue to scramble for presidency where the president does nothing but to enrich his family and a few people from his ethnic group.

Restructuring is the solution. If every region handles their affairs, competition alone will make certain regions get up and work.

What training are you talking about? So, you prefer to train your kids in a develop country for them to tell you "f*ck you dad"?
