Please house your advice. I have two big issues.i am on a work permit

Issue 1: I worked with a nigerian bank for close to 15 months and am using them as my foreign work experience. Now the bank gave me reference letter and boldly stated it Sept 15 2014 to Aug 20 2015. This is 11 months. They did not take into account my time on the job performing same role but earning trainee money. A lawyer here said i should get a supervisor to draft a letter stating i was with the bank before Sept 15 2014. If alongside this letter and my bank statements will it be enough to convince a VO i worked 1 year foreign experience.

2. I applied sowp for my wife January, Corona came she has not arrived. Now i intend to put non accompanying to be given ITA. What valid reasons have worked for others which can align with the sowp i applied earlier and not come off as misrepresentation.

Please your advices will be appreciated

Please, I need information on ECA with ICES.

A friend wants to evaluate his degree but has a date of birth discrepancy issue. The DOB on the transcript is different from the one on his passport. I know WES will stick to the DOB on the transcript and probably highlight the discrepancy, that why he is considering other options. All attempts made to correct the DOB on the transcript were not successful.

From my little research, it appears ICES gives preference to the DOB on the passport irrespective of the DOB on the transcript. Can someone confirm this information?
Will the discrepancy cause additional delay to the evaluation, knowing ICES takes longer processing time?
Has anyone been in this situation before? Kindly advise.

For those that claimed sibling in Canada point, which documents did you submit for family member proof of status?
In my document checklist , they asked for :
Sibling PR card/ citizenship certificate
Sibling proof of residenc in Canada
Proof of sibling relasionship
Family member proof of status
Am particularly confused on this last one, are they still asking for the PR card, can IRCC request same document twice

Does Wify have up to 3 years work experience i the last 10years?

The primary applicant will need a second certificate: Bcs, Acca, CIMA are short and can be used.

You both need to study and max out IELTS.

How long does it take please?

The next exam is in November, if you are dedicated and you start reading now, you can make it. If not enroll for the next one in May. It used to be March and September but they changed it to November and May. Can't tell if its for the time being or probably a regular thing now.
