Why are they in a hurry to commission it if it's not yet completed? Of what use is an international airport whose "international wing" is still under construction?

With so much fanfare on the media, the Governor of Enugu State has choosen to celebrate an uncompleted project with hordes of stupid people in his ranks.

The last pic is how the entrance is as at 30th August 2020. Truth is, there's still work ongoing and I don't know why they rushed to commission it.. And as Naija matter take be, we dont know if the works will ever be completed

If it has been commissioned before completion then it will never be completed. The Nigerian government are evil. It's all deliberate.
