Yes. You’d have to fly Ethiopian airlines though. According to the aviation minister, Enugu airport will be ready to resume international services on September 5. You would have to have an itinerary that takes you from:
LA to Chicago/D.C./Houston.
Chicago/D.C./Houston - Addis Ababa
Addis Ababa - Enugu
