We are gradually helping ourselves towards stupidly by encouraging women this way. It will lead the further disregard for men.

Women have never been understanding of the nature of things but too proud in their form to admitt. those who ascribe to them this way are weak men.

Currently women are advocating equall pay at all levels, irrespective of impute. Just because you are a woman you deserve to receive equal pay as men. Not because you work better. No! Just because you are a woman.

Among men we don't earn equally. Some are security guards earning little, others are high end managers earning more. Each will earn according to his strength and determination.

Determining things according to gender is what sexism is and it's anti, capitalism. Men work for what they have. It's a testament to masculinity and enhance strength. Women are trying to make up grounds with sentiments which testify to their weakness.

You want to be free from the shackles you of men?. ok. After that then what?. We want equall pay. Skip a whole processes of nature's determinant straight to equal pay. How is that equality.

Men have been playing football for generations and propelling the sport. Many did nothing earn much. they did it for love and passion.

Now we have the 21st century were the sport has reach its peak and there is money. Now women want equal money with men. Were is the truth in that behaviour.

Typical of their micro behaviours. Strong sense of entitlement to our kill. No independence in this so called independence.

A man works hard to make money, a woman comes in suddenly she wants to share the man's wealth or control it as though it's hers all along.

I wait to see how this behaviour will be sustained in a capitalistic sense giving that men ordinarily generate more than women in Thier respective sport. If the f.a will take from men earning to subcidise for them. I wait to see. So i see the lie in this truth.

This is why male athletes typically earn much more than female athletes.

There is high demand for female models which is far greater than for males (for various reasons) while the potential supply of models is similar for both men and women.

I strongly condemn equal pay and reserved position for any gender. It is cheating in disguise, no matter the circumstance two people can not give the same input in anything. I am an advocate of meritocracy and pay according to your performance and relevance, if the female football are more relevant than their male counterpart, they should receive higher pay but if they are not, they should enjoy whatever pay they get.
If this equal pay where to be allowed to grow, tomorrow everybody in European clubs will be campaigning for equal pay and you will see somebody like Lingard or Iwobi expecting to have equal pay with Messi and Ronaldo.
