I don’t know why people are complaining and trying to cause confusion here and there.

MBA can’t operate without some issues, when you have any issue, use the available means of communication to reach them and after sometimes your issue will be sorted out.

Even commercial banks that have be operating for many years, people are still having issues with their transactions not to talk of MBA, to me MBA are really trying their best.

I invested last month and the money I deposited in my online dashboard didn’t reflect there after my bank account was debited, I wrote to them, call their office on daily basis and after three days, the issue was resolved, money reflected and I invested.
My ROI date was 4th of September, today I check my dashboard and the money was there, I withdraw to my bank account, hopefully before evening I will get the alert, cos my colleague withdrew same time and got alert around 4pm.

The process is simple follow instructions.

I believe I was the cause of my delay transaction during funding my account as I was using the link send to my friend to do my own transfer instead of writing to them to send me flucter wave link when I wanted to fund my account as transfer through atm was not successful.

people like this godson213 are the type that will want their account officer to do everything for them and will fail to appreciate them...

I visit MBA office almost every month and my account officer gets at least 3k at each visit...just to appreciate.....thats why someone like me will never spend time in any branch of MBA office....

If you invested with MBA and you are trying to reach them on their social media handle without success, why not drop by their office if you are in Nigeria and their office is close to you ?

This would be challenging for those in diaspora but they can keep trying all the available means of reaching MBA. One of the means would definitely pull through.

And if your matter gets the attention of @ airsay, then be patient, you would be sorted out.

But lets be honest, Mba customer care Service is poor and not encouraging... you don't always have to get to their ofix to resolve all complaints

Nigerian government is poor and not encouraging but you are still making it in life.

There is insecurity, poverty, other societal issues but MBA investors are still holding their heads high.

Bros if we can survive the problems of Nigeria we can survive MBA customer care service.

I know they can do much better, so we must keep engaging them on that matter in their office without coming to nairaland to complain. MBA does not have a branch in Niaraland.

We must not settle for this poor customer care service because we deserve better but if we can be patient with Nigeria, let’s exercise patience with MBA.

Customer care would always have hiccups but MBA would scale through this phase of poor CCS to a better CCS.

MBA deserves awards for bringing in 15%/more $ to Nigeria. Assuming they are trading with $1B in there accounts it means they bring in $150M or more to Nigeria every month. Thats great.

It is so funny, that I know some one that went to complain on Facebook about delayed ROI but in few days later, he got the payment and never went back to say he has gotten his payment.
