Yes it cannot happen. Because human life means nothing in the north. A small group with small sponsorship can be killing 100 people every week in the north and nobody dares speak up about it to avoid stepping on toes or causing confusion. As you de now a small group can burn down ur village and kill everyone there in Kaduna but because the sponsor is in one position or the other nobody will call him out to take responsibility. It shouldn't be so.
