Why don't you get it North is borderless... You can't have borders in semi desert and plain land except you build a wall like Trump is trying to do

What you saw in the video is not smuggling rather a free ride, an open border and permission for cross border trade.

Is it only rice they are smuggling. They are also bringing in weapons and their terrorists team mates to cause havoc. When they get saturated, they are signing new sets of terrorists to bolster their attack from nations full of Islamic militias, yet we can't think of a permanent border control strategy.
