The truth is that there's an internal exams for promotions.... and the exams would be conducted soon.

We pray, whatever be the case... Let GMD release the EH list, and even so let our names be among the selected few!!!!

People get infos differently,and anyone who deem it fit to wether correct or incorrect at this stage probably does it for one purpose which is to keep hope alive for those that need it..that you do do not know the dates of the exams are starting doesn't mean others don't..
A friend of mine writing told me he's hopefully writing second week of September,I heard some are writing first week of September hence my saying the exams will likely next week which was last week the end of August when I posted that..I will also still find out if the dates haven't changed..we are in Nigeria and nothing is fixed until it's actually done..most of us experienced it during school,your first timetable for exams is revised up to 2 times...

Defending something that isn't ok to feel ok with the situation. We have been hearing abt internal alignment since Feb. and no date has been set, does it sound ok? Some people even wanted us to believe that the process would've been concluded in May, if not for Covid. Sometimes the problem is not asking the right questions or not asking questions at all becos we think we have the answers (True knowledge exists in knowing that you know nothing).
The truth is that they shouldn't b putting us through this and somehow you feel ok with it even making up excuses for them.

It is my humble opinion based on my interactions with my source.

I don't believe that the scheduled/ongoing promotion exams is "solely"responsible for the delay in the EH component of the recruitment process.

Economic downturn of the recent times as well as the COVID-19 restrictions on workers resumption are the major setbacks affecting the process.

I believe that if the federal government announces the full resumption of workers today, notifications will be sent almost immediately.

There is another possibility; the corporation may anticipate the announcement of full resumption of workers and send notifications accordingly.

From now, If everything goes well without a surge in the infection rate, the next phase of lockdown relaxation will definitely be the full resumption of workers.

The corporation may anticipate this and decide to send notifications to the successful candidates.

There is no way EHs will be called without full assurance that they will be on ground to assume duty when expected.

Imagine if we had been called in May?
Majority would have work from home.

How do you work from home when you have no idea what the work would be? Engineers work on-site....The Corporation would have been forced to pay us without doing anything.

While we wait for the restrictions to favour full operations, we should also pray for an increase in the global oil prices.

God will reward our patience with good news.
