Please help. My phone cannot receive calls despite ringing from a caller. I don't know what I pressed. Does not show missed calls either. But I can make calls with the phone. Tecno product |

Worry not, it's from your call settings. Go to your phones call settings and disable fixed dialing setting. Disable call barring setting. Check Caller ID setting and make sure it is set to Show/Enabled. |
