I have played politics and Edo politics is not a different type...no matter the money obasaki 've , he cannot influence all the areas covered by those 17 apc law makers They can only collect his money cos people believe is there vommon wealth ..He use to have 10 law makers supporting him and suddenly 3 more joined apc ....making apc number 17....if obasaki is indeed strong , he would 've influenced more law makers to his side ...aside that many more aides and commissioners just decamp everyday ...I don't know if he will manufacture vote after the election ...

the problem with people like you is that you think every support Obaseki gets is about money shared, because that is the ONLY thing APC is doing

"SHARING MONEY" - but Obaseki, I believe is not sharing money because he didn't give me and 45 others I know one kobo, who are supporting him

both home and abroad. The reason I mentioned that "one day is like a year in politics" is because Oshomole created a momentum for Obaseki

which is against the basic rule of Politics - NEVER MAKE YOUR OPPONENT POPULAR MORE THAN YOU CAN HANDLE


Oshomole did that to himself and the APC when he disqualified Obaseki before the primaries - let me tell you, about 70% of the support Obaseki is

enjoying right now from from NON-PDP members in Edo state are out of sympathy for him because of the way Obaseki was treated. If Osho is a

master strategist like you are giving him credit for - he should have finished Obaseki in the primaries, by allowing him to contest the primaries

and defeating him there and the implications will be :



1. Obaseki will have no where else to go because by then the PDP would have concluded their own primaries

2. Obaseki will have no other option than to support Ize Iyamu just to save face and for party - unity. That was what Tinubu did to Ambode

I am not here to join issues with you...spelling or no spelling won't change the outcome of that election. For you to win election ,you need effective electorate...that is supporters with voters card....not internet supporters that won't vote. At the end we will know the candidate that has such people..at the end of the voting ..I rest my case

I must admit that the APC/Ize-Iyamu social media/Nairaland team is doing a great job of posting anti-Obaseki news.

I just got into Lagos from Benin, where I spent about 5 days.

From what I saw in Benin and the interactions I had with the residents, there is absolutely no way Ize-Iyamu can win the forthcoming elections without manipulations.

The news that the APC team keeps posting on Nairaland is effective to make their followers to feel good, however, it is no reflection of the reality in Edo State.
