Stupid FIFA. Messi who under performed this year is been Rated number 1. Lewandowski should be the one with the best stats. The number of goals, his performances both in the league and Champions league exceeds that of any player.

Point of note....Cristiano had never been Center forward all his career. He's always been a left winger. At Man Utd, he had Van Nisterooy, Saha, Berbatov and Rooney as forward at different times.At Real Madrid, he had Higuain, Morata and Benzema playing as center forwards and at Juventus, Higuain and Madzukic. He has always played from the left of midfield with the freedom to run into the middle. Even in portugal, Andre Gomez and Joao Felix are the designated forwards
