This is the worst time to be a tenant in Nigeria. May God soften the hearts of those landlords because man must chop |

This is the harsh reality, the majority are putting their health on the line each day, just to make ends meet, with little or no time to check-in on their health status. I however stumbled on the platform on my signature, with which every Nigerian can get access to a 30-Minute FREE medical consultation, all at your convenience. |

Abalado:Better start arranging your rent because this one you are saying is not their business. That was how my friend was ranting, when they finally came to eject him, he couldn’t do nothing! No need to flex muscles, just try and strike a reasonable deal with your landlord. Don’t wait for him to start demanding his rent before you will act. |

Why would the government intervene in landlord/tenant relationship when the same government is the original cause of their woes? This is a government that has continued to deliberately implement policies that will impoverish her citizens! Sorry, but if they can't make life better for the citizens, they have no right to make life worse for the landlords who suffered to build and maintain their properties ![]() |

Most of them will start proving it's you and them that own the house. The right claimers.. Is APC no longer planning to collect 6% of all rents paid in Nigeria ? on top okada

blowjohn:FTC and this is what you do with it? You have the same brain with Buhari. Back to the matter; Nigerians won't be able to cope with monthly rent either. Nigerians are poor. Nigerians can't afford basic amenities like electricity, water, etc. Yet, they see their leaders loot billions of dollars with impunity. When will you wake up and demand good governance? When will you come together and fight for your rights? Revolution is coming! |
