Same here jare... Onomah wasn't really consistent last season.. it wasn't until late toward the season that he picked form...unlike Eze that posted good performances for most of the campaign...

Agreed

That's the role of the same Onomah that you are calling a baller. So far the guy hasn't been impressive, looks lazy and lacks good positioning.

You are playing a resurgent Arsenal with arguably the best Striker in the EPL Aubmeyang and you want to be dribbling around and loosing possession.

Fulham are loosing 3-0 not unexpected but they are in damage limitation.

Midfielders are more concerned with containing the attacks of Arsenal it's their first game in the EPL.

Mehn that Gabriel Magallaes lad is one of my favorite young CBs in world football today. Followed him at Lille and wanted him at Napoli too. He is young but he has a high ceiling. Lad is very good. He will make some mistakes as this is his first season but on the overall, the boy is a baller CB abeg. Don't mind our in-house Southgate. That one no dey appreciate anything outside England. You should not be stunned if he tells us English League One is of better quality than Ligue 1. grin

andrewbaba44:
Lol this Gabriel go start all epl games for arsenal as far as e Dey fit ,very good player and Lille self sabi scout talent ,osimhen pepe Gabriel ,dem don make better money for these ones head

Reason we should not write of any young player ,same Gabriel that could not make dynamo Zagreb first team when he was 20 is now playing for one of the best team in England

I am sure if he was Nigerian komekn would have tell us how he wouldn’t get into teams in the championship when he wasn’t starting for dynamo Zagreb cheesy

I expect 30 goals from Osimhen at Napoli – Diego Maradona Jr.

(He never said this BTW)
Published on September 12, 2020
By Ifreke Inyang

Diego Maradona Junior has hailed Super Eagles’ Victor Osimhen, as a 30-goal striker.

Osimhen sealed a move from Lille to Napoli this summer.

Maradona, who was born in Naples, Italy and nurtured in the SSC Napoli academy, is the son of Argentine football legend, Diego Maradona.

The 33-year-old forward believes Osimhen will shine in the Italian Serie A, having already netted two hat-tricks in preseason friendlies.

Maradona, who represented Italy at the 2008 FIFA Beach Soccer World Cup, told Gonfialarete: “He is a forward with a great prospect, with room for improvement.

“If put in the right conditions, he can become a 30 goal striker. He’s just 21.

“I have expressed some doubts about his construction phase when it comes to tying up the game.

“He doesn’t have to do it too much, it doesn’t have to be his first goal. He is good at attacking depth and if he has space in front it hurts,” he added.

Napoli will kick off their 2020/2021 Serie A campaign against Parma at the Stadio Ennio Tardini on September 20.

The Benchmark is the EPL not cup games against sometimes very low quality opposition it gives a false impression.

You don't have a right to play you earn the right to play by what you do in training and games, he has NEVER done enough.

He does not deserve a place in the SE.
hope you are watching the fraud of a player (onomah). No football sense, no pace,. He is just playing aimlessly. He can't start for the super eagle.

the same way onomah is currently stealing a living by fronting as a footballer. He should forget about football and focus on weight lifting. He doesn't have the skillset to cut it as a professional footballer. Nacho is too big to play for a team like fulham.

I will still maintain my stance, Fulham spends money foolishly, they keep buying players they don't need, this is a new season but still same old Fulham.

About, Onomah; the boy is OK but not good enough for a top flight side, if Fulham rests their creativity on his shoulder, they are sure going back where they came from.

They will be good this season just watch. Gabriel and Willian are probably the best signings this offseason. If they can get one more midfielder it will be on an popping. I like the direction they are going.

It's not unusual for arsenal to start the season strong... They usually fumble midway through.

Few days ago someone said they'll finish in the top half, just because they play a passing game. I'm convinced most people don't watch football here
