Also, is there any other province I can try for PNP with such low score asides Sask, as my NOC is excluded there.

ontario does not consider siblings. They have a list of in demand noc they pick from. The crs they have been chosing have been above 460s

@sesan01 - I would re-send those documents as soon as possible, including the pay stubs and all the information you sent the first time.
Use ilovepdf.com to merge all of them and name the file something like FirstName_LastName_Proof_Of_Employment and follow up with a phone call until you get confirmation that the file has been received.
Then order GCMS notes again just to be on the safe side.

@bolded. Thanks for this advice. I followed up with a phone call and realized that some of the documents I sent via webform were not added to my application even though they acknowledged via email that the documents have been received and added.
So, I had to rename (using the format you suggested) and resend the documents again. I'll follow up with a call this week to confirm its receipt.

For folks who have uploaded (or will upload) documents via webforms, it's safe to follow up with a phone call to confirm if your document(s) has/have been received and added to your application.

sure why not. They deal with foreign qualifications. Uk is foreign to them also.

Please I will be 31 in Nov, with Bsc Accounting, after checking CRS calculator my max score (with an assumed highest IELTS score of 8.0+), my maximum score was 463. Currently it seems that the cut-off mark is 475. I also have AAT (i.e. ATS of Nigeria), is there a way this can be evaluated by WES or a way it can increase my score on the CRS calculator. Also what other things must I do to increase my chances.

I believe u have "two or more degrees" and not a masters. if u had a masters, you would have hit 470. you can only have 463 max for now, except you learn French or marry someone younger.
