I am starting to realize that this is a scam. I was told that I will get my refund after the holiday on the 15th, today is 18th and Tugrow says I should still wait... Since November for goodness sake, they can't find my goods and they don't want to refund me.

As I said was waiting to from my Chinese office, your Refund has been issued with #5,000 time compensation, thanks so sorry our business went wrong...

My first time of using tugrow logistics, and I had the worst regret of my life,I will never advice anyone to use this company again,the are fake and not a good company to use if you want your business to grow,I swear

Worst logistic company I have ever seen in my life,when there is challenge with your goods you will call them, the won't pick your calls and your chat them,the will read your chat and pass,don't use this company if you want to grow in importation business,the are not serious with their business....

After going through this thread I am beginning to get scared, I just hope Tugrow doesn't disappoint I am still waiting for update on my goods and they are not replying messages

Nobody should patronise these people o. They are very very fraudulent. They have been holding my goods since last month o. Goods worth about 500 dollars. And their lines are now switched off.
