If I were you I will get a very good bargain for the car.
Since you said the vehicle was sound during test drive.
List out the problems and exaggerate them very well
Let the owner know you will spend alot to fix the car.
The owner will come down on price

These issues you listed above are not major problems.
I suspect speed sensors for the Abs and break problem.
For the coolant; the radiator fan is probably running full blast all the time.
AC problem may just be a faulty AC pressure switch or a leaking hose or condenser.
Give and take you will spend between 40-80k to fix all the issues you mentioned.
Worst case 120k...that is if you will change compressor,Pressure switch, condenser to get AC to work and ABS module.

I'm actually thinking of buying the car, fixing it up and flipping it for a margin. Seems owner is a bit desperate. He called today for me to come pick for 1.7m. I just dont know if there'll be enough profit after repairs. The average price on Jiji and on here is not clear cut. I'm seeing prices ranging from 1.3m to 2.3m . Car is a 4matic too but first body and clean.

Balance shaft issues were present on all M272 engines built in 2006 and midway through 2007. There was a recall for it, though, so most engines have been fixed by now.

That blue cap an ADblue fill up tank cap meant for adding ADblue fluid (a mixture of deionized water and urea) to diesel systems to reduce harmful NOx compounds and gases which are harmful to the environment.
