No try any HSE o no work. Try to acquire cisco certifications. Ccna would give you an entry level networking job.

OP, if you know what is good for you, don't dare try this. Get any recognised (preferably globally recognised) tech certification. Don't go near a programme where holders are yet to get jobs or massive retrenchment continues. Go to where the jobs are aka go to tech. You have an engineering degree and knowledge, don't waste it. Three years don waka go, you're not growing younger. Be strategic.
