I have an issue with my glo 4g, it does not come up only the 3g. It is a 4g sim that works on other phones except mine. And i also use other 4g networks like mtn and airtel on my phone My phone supports band 28 (Its a samsung galaxy a30s) so i am wondering what could be the issue. Ive callrd customer care many times and they dont see to knoe what it is, all they end up saying is that they will forward the complain. Visited glo office and they were cluelees too. Please has anyone ever experienced this ? And is there a way to fix the issue ? Please help. |
