Just one picture speaks more than a thousands words. Some idiots will say it is Islam but no one has ever said there are beggers on the streets of Dubai, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Iran, Iraq, Oman e.t.c. In fact, several Nigerians are slaving in these Islamic countries. So, where did Northern Nigeria learn begging from?

Despite disabilities, you are still more able than some.

Considering the transient nature of life, try as much as you can to put smiles on faces of others.

However, the caption of this thread is illogical.

What are you implying?

What religion do you think these are, and if it's poverty you're trying to pin to an area, where do you think these images are from?

This is by no means an endorsement of the begging culture, but reply a jingoist in kind.

I tell you! A northerner with two legs sitting down and begging. A disabled southerner, probably little Igbo girl giving her money.
I keep saying it and the loudest voices against my claim have always been fellow yorubas: The north is Nigeria's problem. With the north running our central politics, the rest of Nigeria is going nowhere! The north is down, going nowhere and doesn't care but prefers to hold the others down too.

They Are already losing power in Nigeria, many wont understand but with time You all see.
