3. THE GARDEN SNAIL

Garden snails or land snails is a member of terrestrial molluscs and Unlike slugs, garden snails have thick coiled shells which makes them so slow in movement making them only capable of moving a few yards in an hour and their preference to make hibernation for years and avoid sunlight gives them the spot 3

I can attest to number 3...

I used to keep a lot of them as a kid[as pets; hundreds of them]. They can be excruciatingly slow. Trust me.

Would have been astonished myself had OP not included them on this list.

10. MANATEE/SEA COWS

it's definitely one of the weirdest marine inhabitant you can find.
Manatees live in shallow waters hence they merely float which is zero use of energy they store and what do they do all the time?
Eating and Resting daily, fortunately they don't have a natural predator (who really wants to sink their teeth in this guys?) so they hardly worry or stress over such.
who told you that they don't have natural predator, this specie is polar bear's favourite. Polar bear trashes them and their Young's with relish.

7.SEA HORSE

This special variety of fish rarely move alot thanks to their body structure and would normally prefer to stay where they are over their lifetime.
This my friend is the slowest. The sea horse

Exactly, even though manatees and seals look alike. Polar bears eat seals a lot because they are found in the same region which is the polar region. I don't think you will find manatees in the same region. In contrast to the topic, polar bears are really fast despite their huge body mass and heavy weight.

2. THE STAR FISH

starfishes can’t move long distance and usually prefer to travel along with ocean currents. Star fishes are as slow with a speed of 0.02 miles per hour. Their star-like body structure itself causes slow movement in the ocean.
Starfishes have neither blood and brain (marine zombie if we think about it)
if they get cut down into pieces then new starfishes wil grow from each of those pieces.
I have never heard of this last part of the piece on starfishes....need to read more on it cool cool

Your last statement sparked my curiosity. What do you mean by when they are cut down into pieces, new star fishes grow? Are you trying to say that Star fishes don't mate and reproduce off spring?

Yes. Starfish belongs to phylum Echinodermata. This phylum has unique property that it show high power of regeneration. Hence if u cut starfish into a pieces each piece regrow to new starfish if u maintain proper hygiene. Provide pure marine water. Keep long from human civilization lol Then and only then u get result as for mode and of reproduction this is done sexually by spawning.

This was killed in my village last year Christmas, by a fisherman... He used spear and a Cutlass to finish it off... Omo it was so big, he had to call for help.. it got stucked at the shallow part of the River
