You need grasses, we have:

*Brachiaria (best for lactating animals):*

Brachiaria or signalgrass, is a genus of plants in the grass family native to tropical and subtropical regions of Asia, Africa, Australia, southern Europe, the Americas, and various islands. There are over 100 species. Some species are cultivated as forage. 

You need legumes, we have:

*1) Lablab Purpureus (Hyacinth Bean):*

Lablab purpureus is a species of bean in the family Fabaceae. It is native to Africa and it is cultivated throughout the tropics for human food & animal fodder.

*2) Stylosanthes Hamata or Stylosanthes Guinensis:*

 Is a tropical legume shrub widely grown for forage throughout the tropics and subtropics.
Stylo is particularly suited for forage in subhumid tropical and subtropical areas with a marked dry season. Stylo is used for hay, cut-and-carry systems and pasture. Stylo is fairly palatable to livestock when mature and can grow on relatively infertile soils.

*3) Mucuna Pruriens (Velvet Bean):*

It is a tropical legume native to Africa and tropical Asia and widely naturalized and cultivated.

The plant is notorious for the extreme itchiness it produces on contact, particularly with the young foliage and the seed pods. It has agricultural and horticultural value and is used in herbs therapy

Large ruminants prefer more grass to legumes.

Small ruminants prefer legumes to grass.

For better acceptability by the animals, legumes & grasses should be inter cropped.
