hey bro you don't need to dump it in the bin I was frustrated with mine also,couldn't do anything tangible with it...but the browsing and the battery aspect is fantastic I also did some online research about hacking it & stuff like that but didn't yield the desire result cus it wasn't built for that purpose had to get another laptop that suite my IT purpose BTW i know som1 who's interested in getting a Chromebook solely for surfing the net |
