The dems will be disappointed while the gop elated about the SC situation now.so Trump will have a chance to nominate his 3rd SC justice just in his first term,not sure previous Presidents have had such opportunity.
Good for them though it would be a slap in the face and big let down if gop goes ahead to fill that vacancy less than two months to election while the same gop turned down same scenario in 2016 when the election was almost 10months away.
