Are we still this crude in this country ?? This has happened many times but now I have to ask, what is inec really collating in votes that was made yesterday... What is the essence of polling units  I thought that each polling unit count their votes and simply announce it , then electronically transmitted to the local government and the state government..They can now bag the original documents and send them off to the Local government in company of party agents and the securities.If gubernatorial election can't end same day the votes came ,how about the presidential election, time to time INEC will keep giving reasons.. As far am concerned, once the voting ends INEC state headquarters should have the full results by midnight latest with the announcement of the winner.. This is efficiency, if Africa can't manage a simply a gubernatorial election (note the only one going on in the whole nation) , then there is a serious problem with the electoral process ..... Meanwhile nothing stops INEC introducing live feed camera on polling unit, it doesn't cost that much, this simply records the whole process as evidence.. 2 Likes |

INEC? They can do and undo Osun election still fresh on our mind now. No be to cancel the results of most where Pdp is currently leading with one filmsy excuse. Say I no support any of the candidates from beginning give me so much rest of mind this weekend. |

Funny even in the collation center , while reading out the results, the inec still looks confused, don't really understand this country ... What is the big deal in addition of votes ? Other nations are talking of space travels, 5G robotic surgeries , advanced IT and medicine and so on.. 1 Like |
