Download new opera mini, comes with ads blocked.

It is from your phone launcher.... Just change the theme launcher it will stop appearing. Change it to default launcher

This issue isn't from the browser.
One or two apps u have on your phone are doing this.
All those battery saver, mumu launchers etc
