1&3 it is not a complete link because I put a space after Https:// and after miui. to avoid been banned. I am not risking that for anybody anymore. When you use backspace to join them together it becomes a link.

2. 11.0.10 is the latest ROM for RN8

Hi guys. I have a serious issue with my RN7 phone. A friend of mine was operating it immediately I received some video files from another friend and all of a sudden it went blank. I tried restarting it but it will only display the `redmi by xiaomi` logo and then go blank again. It will actually load up to the menu and will respond to any thing I do but sometimes I think it operates itself cos I could see the torchlight on or hear calls made. At times the light comes up once in a while or blink rapidly. Please help. What could be the problem.

Do you use a memory card?

Is your phone storage filled up?

It might be a malware.

Do a factory reset on your device backup your documents and contacts.

Then after doing the factory reset. Download full ROM and Re-install.

Yes I use a memory card. I removed it and try to boot it on but it didn't work. I don't really know if my phone storage is full perhaps during the transfer but I moved some files from my phone storage to memory card storage and it still didn't work. Perhaps I will do a factory reset like you suggested and reinstall Rom but where can I get the rom?
