See, I perfectly understand why people in Nigeria mostly in the southern part carry out such extra judicial Killie - law enforcement is extremely weak and lax. But still, ordinary folks taking laws into their hands is just as bad.

Its a difficult situation - no society is crime free, but does that mean people should fold their arms and watch criminals ravage their communities? Sure people will react.

Our police are notoriously corrupt and inept, so taking a criminal to the police station isn't dreading criminals anymore.

To me I think one of the major reason why there's spike in insecurity in Cross Rivers State is the Ambazonia struggle, I believe that smhe there's arms proliferation in that zone, as most of these ambazonia boys who are already rebels in their country been searched for by the military smhe find their way into Nigeria, smuggling their weapons through refugee routes, when they come to Cross Rivers the border state and can't find work, someone who has a history of killing, sooner or later they would put their firearms to use
